Because we source our inventory from all over the world our return policy is based off of our suppliers policies. In most cases we can and do honor returns with few questions asked, however, if too much time has elapsed or a return is not accepted by our suppliers for any reason we will not be able to accept a return as well (with few exceptions).
Contact us regarding your return. Please let us know the following:
- Who are you (Name and Email address)? And what is your order number?
- What is your reason for the return?
That is it! We will then contact our supplier to see if we can return your product. We will do everything in our power to accept a return. If a return is not accepted we sincerely apologize and will make every effort to make things right with you as our customer.
